We use Swiftfin, the free Jellyfin app made for Apple TV.
Can't find Swiftfin? Your Apple TV may need an update. Go to Settings → System → Software Updates, update, and try again.

Check your typing: it's jf, not jellyfin. There are no spaces, and it ends in .net.
Type your Zen's Media username and password, then choose Sign In. The iPhone keyboard tip above works here too.
Swiftfin stays signed in. Next time, just open Swiftfin from your Apple TV home screen.
Tip: To move Swiftfin to the top row, highlight it, press and hold the center of the remote until the icons wiggle, move it where you want, and press the center again.
